Celebrating Small Wins

When I started out as a designer, nothing seemed to make sense.

I would spend hours learning, taking courses, practicing non-stop. But I never felt like I had "arrived," so I kept hiding. I stayed in my cocoon, waiting to become a master before daring to show my work.

What I didn’t realize was that by failing to track my progress and not celebrating any milestones. I was slowly draining my own confidence.

That mindset changed the day I started celebrating my small wins.

Getting just one client in a month became something worth smiling about. Not because I was settling, but because I started recognizing growth. That shift small but intentional changed everything.

With time, more clients came. But the most important thing was what changed inside me. Gratitude became my posture. And that changed how I handled moments when things didn’t go as planned.

Here’s what started happening:
  • I became more grateful
  • I showed up even when nothing was working
  • I stayed calm in chaos
  • My confidence grew
  • Burnout reduced
  • My goals became clearer
  • I became more consistent
  • Positive habits grew stronger

Celebrating small wins while showing up is a big deal.

You don’t have to wait for perfection. You don’t need to hit the jackpot before you applaud yourself.
Keep learning. Keep improving. Keep becoming.

And above all, stay happy because your health matters more than anything you're trying to achieve.

A positive heart will carry you further than pressure ever will.
